Rolling Stock-Picking Ladders

  Six hundred-pound combined shelf capacity to roll tools and equipment to job sites and make a two man job a one man job. 30" wide for aisle passage.
  Sturdy, built-in shelving- three 24" x 24" shelves plus 7" x 24" folding tray on top of rail.  Guarded, deep top step is 20" x 24" expanded metal.

Fold-N-Store Ladders

  Fast, convenient access to remote, hard-to-reach elevated locations.  Easy rolling on 10" rubber tires.  Eight models (5 to 12 steps) with handrails. All fold down for storage.
  Welded rail and step sections. Top steps are 10" x 16" Self-cleaning, expanded metal treads.
 

Tilt and Roll Mechanics/Maintenance Ladders

  Convenient two-way Straddle Base plus wheel barrel-type mobility.  Equipped with two 4" casters, 24: x 10" removable tool tray fits top rails on three sides. Top steps 24" x 20".
  Economical Non-Straddle based model is great for most standard applications.  Removable tool tray is optional.

  The answer to narrow aisle cornering, this six wheeled center caster design allows easy maneuvering in tight quarters with hard-to-reach shelving. Results in safer access to top shelves when picking stock. Less set-up time and less damage to shelving and ladders.
  Working heights to 15', 300 lbs. load rating, solid step with abrasive mat tread standard with other tread styles available.

Ground Entry Order Picker

  Rated Capacity: 300 lbs./one person.
  Totally enclosed 26" x 28" platform with 42" guardrails, midrails and gate; toe boards and skid-resistant deck.
  Welded compact base frame with 6" casters (2 are locking swivel casters) for easy rolling and maneuverability.
  Standard finish is chip resistant gray enamel paint.
  12 volt DC power (for raising and lowering) includes battery and charger; 80 to 100 raise and lower cycles between charges on normal 8 hour shift.
  Raise deck heights: Ground entry 9'-6"; One step entry-10'-6".

Hydraulic-powered Elevating Platforms

  These high performance, low maintenance work platforms are equipped with hydraulic systems and are available with AC, DC or air-motor drives.  The standard drive is a fully grounded 120v electric motor and 25' of 3-wire cable with grounded plug.
  Every platform is all welded, unitized construction, with four 8" swivel casters with combined wheel and swivel lock, built-in access to lowered platform, and 1000-lb. lifting/holding capacity. Large 3' x 8' platform with serrated grating deck.  Cantilever platform optional.

Tank Top lift

  Access to tank truck and railroad car hatches, or other applications requiring cantilevered work decks, is easy with Ballymore's all welded rugged steel Tank-Top lifts.  Flat steps provide access to the 9' high landing; a telescoping ladder with slip-resistant rungs provides access to the 4' long by 2' wide cantilevered deck at raised heights. Deck height is hydraulically adjustable from 9, to 13' under clearance.

Single-access and double-access mobile work platforms, 3 to 7 steps

  All platforms feature welded construction, with full width steps, 600 lb. capacity and 4:1 safety factors.  overall width 30" Platforms equipped with four 5" casters, 28" wide serrated grating decks, 36" high 1" dia. steel pipe top rails and midrails.  Single-Entry platforms have full rails; 3 and 4 step double entry models have deck rails one side, 5, 6, and 7 step models have deck rails both sides (work side is removable).

Mobile work platforms 3 to 5 steps

  These all-welded platforms are available in 24" and 36" widths.  Expandable metal decks on 24" wide models; serrated grating decks on 36" wide models.  Units have 300 lb. rated capacity with 4:1 safety factor.  each platform has two 4: ridged casters at rear and stair rails.  The two 5 step models are equipped with 30" high deck rails.  Options include two 4' swivel casters, 30" deck rails on 3- and 4 step models.
